If you are building a hutch I would suggest buying 1/2 by 1/2 wire on the bottom of the cage. It is small enough as to where the rabbit won't be as likely to get sore hocks, but big enough for the poops to fall through (unless you have a Flemish Giant of course. You can only guess what comes with that big of a rabbit LOL).

On the sides of the cage I would use 1 by 2 wire. If you use the smaller wire on the sides it will harder and more annoying to see through. Plus it is easier to hang water bottles on.

Another thing you might want to look into would be going to KW cages. Just type it into Google. they sell wire there, but they also sell pre made cage doors and wire clips to attach the wire with. It will be under cage tools and it is called cage clip pliers, and cage clips. It makes the job a lot easier and they really don't cost that much. If you are only building one cage one bag of cage clips will be enough.

Lastly Sore hocks isn't as common on bunnies as some people might think. THe most common breed to get sore hocks would be any breed with rex hair. Out of all the rabbits I raise they are my only bunnies that have bad feet. Just keep the bunnies toenails clipped and you will be fine!

Wire flooring causes sore hocks.
Rabbits are really indoor pets, why not litterbox train your bunny and let it live inside with the family?

x-pens make fairly cheap and large rabbit set ups for in the house, make sure you do your research before putting a rabbit outside in a hutch.

<a href="http://www.caffeinated-content.com">Create a video blog</a>

You have a good idea started already, you are not going to find a design to fit those specifics. What you can do is look as some other designs of wood and wire cages and take it from there. Size of the hutches depend on the how large your rabbits are and how much delux extra room you want for them. I made my rabbit cages from my brain but I used some pictures to go by. I had many diffrent kinds since I like my rabbits to have lots of room. Mostly I fenced in an area on the ground like a chicken coop and had them run free in a Warren. I'll show you some good sights to try to go on, Im not suggesting you buy it but just use the model to look at and see the size and shape to go by. They usually have dimentional information next to the models. As for the storage facility make sure its pretty water proof but also able to have good ventlation as you dont want your chips and hay to get mold from being locked in an airtight container or shed.

Your local feed store is sure to have them but they're also be sure to be quite expensive. If you go take a look at some and they're more than what you want to spend then I'd build around your current cage if I were you. A simple three sided structure (with a roof) that faces away from the direction of the wind would be ideal. If you're worried about predators then add a framed steel mesh door with a lock.

To keep your rabbits warm enough in winter add hay (bought by the bale at the feed store for about $15) to their cage. Stuff the cage with hay. they'll burrow in and be nice and cozy. It's great edible insulation and they'll have fun making their burrow. Additionally (don't know where you live so I don't know how cold it gets but...) you can cover the hutch with a painters canvas (Hope Depot) and this also helps more than you would think.

I don't like prefabricated wooden hutches because, while they look pretty in the store, the rabbits ultimately chew on the wood and urinate on it as well. They are not very sanitary. Better to go with building around their current cage.

Ive got some unfortunate news for you- foxes are very agile- and they can jump!
We used to have one visit our garden and sit on the guinea pig cage- the guinea pig had no idea the fox was a danger and used to sit underneath the fox, looking up at him and wheeking to him.
Steer clear of those flimsy cages that you can get from the pet stores...
The ones that look like this, or similar to this:
They will not last the life of your rabbit, they are not large enough, to wood rots, etc, etc- and eventually pieces will fall off and a fox might be able to get in.
I have found some really good, sturdy off the ground hutches- I have found them in larger chain pet stores- they will set you back around $200 but it is well worth it because they are quality!
Much thicker wood, so it wont rot and fall apart, for starters- and they are twice the size of the others.
Alternatively, you might want to consider either making one yourself, or getting a friend to make one for you to cut down on expenses.
A fox wont be able to get in if the cage is secure, and if you cover your rabbit up at night- he shouldnt even know that there is a fox around!

<a href="http://www.caffeinated-content.com">Caffeinated Content plugin</a>

I suggest convincing your mom to keep it inside since there are foxes. If you keep it in one room and clean it regularly, it won't smell. Also, you could bunny-proof the room.

I personally like this hutch (but you have to buy the run separately):

Here's some more:
